The food was good. However, it was uncomfortable how much they try to upsell you. From the moment we sat, we were offered fruit cups, bread, juice. We initially declined, but different waiters kept coming back to ask if we wanted fresh juice. They asked at least 3 times; 3 different waiters. When it came time to order, I was recommended a specific dish and they said they could serve it with avocado if I wished. I let my partner order while I looked at the recommendation on the menu. Then I ended up ordering their recommended dish, but I did not ask for avocado. When it came, it had avocado and I let them know I didn’t ordee it. The waiter apologized but he also said he couldn’t remove it from the bill. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be removed when I didn’t order it. I ended up giving the avocado to my partner but this confirmed my suspicion of their deliberate ways of upselling. I don’t think...

Every visit leaves us more impressed—the service is consistently outstanding, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We’ve been coming here for years, but unfortunately, this visit will be our last. The food quality has really gone downhill and no longer justifies the price. We found ourselves struggling to finish the meal just to get through breakfast. The chilaquiles lacked flavor, the food was dry, and the pastries were underwhelming.
