The ambiance inside is very pleasant. There was a musician performing on a piano, he did a beautiful job alternating between different styles of music. The service was good, though I wish the wait staff was a bit more attentive. The food, however was just average. To begin with, I had a lengthy discussion with our server about medium rare cooked steak, where he specifically asked if I like it red, to which I replied in the affirmative. Sadly, the meat was overcooked and was more medium well. The mushrooms in the sauce that accompanied the meat were very salted and potato was bland. Also, I have indicated that we don't eat pork. Nonetheless, the steak came with huge slices of bacon... We also ordered a fish fillet, which was very bland, even though it was lightly breaded, it had no flavor and was a bit dry. For starters we had Onion Soup and Tortilla soup. The former didn't seem to have any red wine in the base, which would be typical, but the flavor was good. The latter had a lot of tortilla chips in it and it was very basic. The spread of bread, veggies and dips was alright. Overall, not terribly impressed...

The atmosphere here is simply exquisite, with a vibrant ambiance elevated by the elegance of live piano music. The tartare is absolutely delightful - expertly prepared and a true highlight. However, as a German restaurant, I must admit the Chamorro fell short of expectations. The sauce was overly creamy, masking the distinctive flavors that make Chamorro so beloved. Additionally, the sauerkraut lacked the depth and tang that typically complement the dish so well. While certain aspects were outstanding, the execution of this signature dish left something...

Sep's is not really German food, instead it relates to Alsace, the French region close to Germany, which is strongly influenced by French cuisine. The place is a bit of time travel 50 years back and it is great to have a piano player presenting French tunes. The food is excellent and so is the service. They have great wines at very attractive rates, for example a bottle of Sancerre for 500 Pesos. The interior of the restaurant reminds to French "brasseries". An...
