WO Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Mexico City

My girlfriend and I walked in with high hopes but left dispirited. There was a good atmosphere but the coffees were cold and the grilled cheese was not grilled, to say the least. The cheese wasn’t melted and only one piece of bread was toasted. However, the service was great as we were not charged for the grilled cheese, my coffee was reheated (although I would have liked a fresh one) and our waitress was sweet. The first real Americano I've had in Mexico City (I'm being dramatic). The coffee is rich, the interior is beautiful, and the outdoor space looking into the sidewalk is wonderful.

They also bake their pastries in house and fresh.

Pésimo servicio y manejo de errores. Fui con varios amigos, todos ordenamos bebidas y comida, en general el servicio estaba lento(tipo primero llegaba una bebida, pasaban un par de minutos otra y así). El problema empezó cuando ya todos mis amigos tenían su comida y le pregunté a la mesera que que pasaba con mi comida y me dice “ah si que pediste?”, le comenté que me faltaba mi pan frances y despues de otros 5min llega con una tostada de aguacate con huevo😭 y cuando le digo que no pedí eso me dice que no tienen pan frances y cuando le empiezo a decir que por que no me dicen desde un inicio (ya todos mis amigos habian terminado de comer) ella solo se fue xd y al minuto manda a otro mesero o gerente que me pregunta que mas me puede ofrecer xd a este punto ya no vale la pena esperar mas y solo puso excusa de falta de comunicacion, si desde un inicio me dicen no hay pan frances yo pido otra cosa.
