2021 Update: 220mxn create your own bowl. On Rappi you cant create your own bowl any longer! WHY? On their website you can only choose 2 veggies, which makes no sense. We had to call twice to get a bowl of 4 veggies (262mxn--expensive) and they were all dry and burnt! So many places re-opening in CDMX have had their food quality go down (and prices the same or more), so that was disappointing.

UPDATE: Definitely create your own bowl with seared tuna, roasted beet, roasted sweet pot, something else, and kale with pesto! AMAZING.... Mucho more $ than premade bowls but to-go promos currently. The bowls are hearty and fantastic. I had the Italiano with Chipotle meatballs, Buddah Bowl and chicken/beet bowl. Only the dressing of the Budha bowl tastes (and looks) like PURE MUSTARD. It's gross. And soups could be better. Seasonal pumpkin lacks flavor and tomato soup is brown and an odd flavor. Jugos and smoothies...

The food is excellent and the options are great.

Today i was feeling responsable to call out the service and the experience as my voice was not listened during my vistir there.

The Episode: After they served me what I asked, the piece of bread was too hard and burned and when I asked to replace the piece of bread the waitress, very dry, told me that the bread is just “dorado” according to her.

Meaning that if I want another piece of bread less cooked she need to charge me an extra.

Básico please don’t be basic in your service - you have our love - please show your clients love when is...

I've had food here once before and really liked it. This time I took take-away, and I was charged by the lady with hair tied into ponytail and lion tattoo on her arm. She added the tip to my card payment even though I said I would like to do that in cash. I don't mind the tip, just the fact that things are done without the customer knowing is not cool. Luckily I asked for the receipt and checked it, otherwise I would have also given a cash tip. Not nice. Left a bad impression of the place, especially this waitress. There are plenty of other places like this in the city, so I won't be coming...
