Amaterasu – Amazing Sushi with a Skyscraper View! I had an unforgettable experience dining at Amaterasu, located at the top of the stunning Safe Tower. Not only is the food incredible, but the skyscraper view overlooking the city takes everything to another level — especially at sunset.

The sushi was top-tier, fresh, and full of flavor. I started with some perfectly salted edamame, followed by a selection of nigiri — and the salmon was absolutely phenomenal, buttery and rich. The crab was tender and sweet, and the wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

First time visiting Amaterasu and had a lovely experience. The place receives you with an amazing view of Monterrey which tells you you're about to have a great evening. The food is amazingly fresh and they have one of the best dirty martinis I've had (bleu cheese olives included which is a nice touch). They have a nice-sized menu but I would really recommend to do the Omakase if this is your first time.
