DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The owner/manager was drunk out of his mind. He had a table of buddies who we saw drank 3 bottles of tequila between 4 men during the half an hour that we were waiting for someone to take our order. A waiter finally appeared from outside after 10 minutes waiting and served us two beers. He then disappeared through the kitchen and never returned. After waiting another 20 minutes, we asked for the tab to leave. No one ever came to take our order. Meanwhile, the drunk owner was shouting and making a ruckus with his buddies at the table next to ours. Another table complained that their chicken and salmon were undercooked. The owner just shrugged his shoulder, started laughing hysterically, and went back to party with his buddies. No apologies were offered. He was so drunk that he didnât give a damn. If youâre not going to tend to your business, tell people that youâre closed and donât waste peopleâs time. Iâve never been in such an embarrassing, awkward and violent situation as a client in a restaurant supposedly open to the public. Someone should have reported him...
Read moreI am usually hesitant to try Italian food or pizza in other countries, but this place actually does pasta well. The space feels a little cramped, but there's a good amount of seating. The menu is pretty extensive with salads, pizza, and pasta. The service itself was just okay, it's not attentive, but I guess the job gets done. Prices are okay, nothing too expensive like other places I saw in the area.
A small appetizer came out...fried crackers or something with a pesto and spicy red sauce. I got the pesto with fettuccine, I'm not sure if the noodles are fresh, but it was cooked al dente. It's not a large portion, and I wouldn't say it's a shareable option either. The sauce is fresh, and there's not too much of it...and it had some flavor.
I didn't order the pizza but it did look better than other options in the area. Overall, this is one of the better options in Mexico for Italian food that...
Read moreWe came here because of good reviews. We were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered pizza as a starter and it came after the main course. The pizza was terrible and the most expensive I ever had in MĂ©xico (280 pesos). The salad on the pizza looked like it was a week old and the cheese was no Parmesan, it was more like plastic without any taste. We were 3 people and the waiter forget one main dish. I told him it doesnât need to be prepared anymore. Nealry 900 pesos for very very bad food that has nothing to do with Italian food. The pasta was not homemade and nothing...
