This place is amazing, my favorite place in playa del carmen for breakfast. I wish I would have found it earlier during my stay, I would have eaten here every morning.

Its a few blocks away from the strip, about 5 minute walk from my stay on 10th Ave. Nice outdoor garden style seating in the middle of the restaurant. Very good wifi, about 250mbps, pleasant surprise from my experiences at other places on the strip and my hotel.

Menu is pretty large, with breakfast offerings, including specialty healthy breakfast bowls, and lunch offerings as well. Prices are cheap compared to my experiences elsewhere, and the portions are large. Admittedly, I ordered the same meal both times here - eggs, bacon, turkey slices and potatoes - so I cannot comment on their other menu offerings, but it was fantastic. Bacon was delicious, perfectly cooked, thick cut and not overly crispy, just the way i liked them. As close to an American breakfast as I could find. Everything was cooked and seasoned properly, and fresh. Coffee was very good as well. This place knows their customers very well. The only thing I would have liked to see is sausage links as an option.

All staff members were super friendly and service was great. Honestly, better service than most of the fancier places on the strip. As a bonus, if you are from the US, or speak English, the servers appear to have reasonably good English skills. Tourist level service at local prices.

I will be looking forward to returning here on...

The place has a strange vibe, basically a bunch of antisocial humans who think they are deeply connected to the universe, come here to feed their grounded bodies with “clean” food. The staff is super nice it seemed, but they will ignore you to the point where you have to go ask for a menu yourself. Well, if I could cook myself as well, it would definitely be better. The “vegan French toast” was some dense bread that didn’t absorb any liquid. But to compensate put some sugar all over and a couple of slices of banana. I rarely leave any food behind, but this was the case. Eating cardboard would have been tastier. And yes, the bathroom door doesn’t close/lock, so do some yoga before coming here, so you can do it all yourself while enjoying the smell of...
