I asked the waiter for the bill, and when he brought it to the table, he asked if I wanted to add a tip. I said yes, 13%. However, the abusive waiter set it to 15%, pretending that the machine didn't give him an option.

I have worked in restaurants, and I know that the machine does allow you to enter a custom amount or choose a percentage. And if, in any case, it didn't give the option, why didn't he inform me?

Is a great option to eat seafood prices are reasonable considering that in playa everything tends to be expensive. Ambience was really nice also the service was great. Though one of the servers got a little frustrated when I changed my mind of which beer I was about to get. (Right after I ordered wasn't made yet). Ok talking about the food there's room for improvement specially when the claim to be from "Sinaloa" they are couple steps away from the original recipes. We ate a variety of things and all was delicious. Appetizer Miss Sashimi Atun (tuna) was sooooo good for being my first time ever. We had Torre Sarandeada which is shrimp and octopus grilled in layers with guacamole and grilled veggies was easy for 2 people to.enjoy. Then we had a plate of ceviche of shrimp and fish, also a plate of aguachile tradicional which my daughter said the best she ever had. My husband had fried fish tacos and they were very good. All was delicious and we took leftovers for later on to have. Definitely recommend the staff was great at giving us recommendations and service was on point. Thank you Diego y Javier...
