Wondering here unsure what to order, we had a fried pizza (delicious) and a burger with fries. We happened to sit at a table in front of Open Mouth, where a gentleman by the name of Alen was cooking. Lucky for us, he started up a conversation which let to him so nicely making us 2 dumplings of his own choice! I can honestly say, just from our conversation, chef Alen, understood our likes and hit the nail on the head! Great concept very bad management. We came to eat at China Box & Oriental Express but they are no longer operating at the park. Drinks were lousy & weak and bar maid/manager lady was extremely rude. She didn't know how to make a simple long island ice tea which I ordered for 4 of my friends at the bar and when we asked her to remake them she refused. Then when I went to the bathroom she was there & I noticed she didn't wash her hands because the park HAD NO SOAP IN THE DISPENSER and another employee of the park told us it has been like that for MONTHS.
