Pizzería Nino's — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

Never in my life I have experienced such a bad service. The waitress who’s in charge of customer service didn’t even say hello as we walked in or came to ask what we wanted to order. Very rude, very unprofessional behavior. Despite mentioning various times that we’re looking for meatless options, we were served pasta with bolognese sauce and told that it’s very clear on the menu that the mushroom pasta comes with meat (see picture for reference). While we were explaining our problem to the waitress, she just walked away on us to take a call and never bothered to come back and solve the situation. Would never in my life come back there. Should’ve paid more attention to other reviews...

March2021: this is one of six locations for Nino Pizza. I ordered a large extra cheese and black olives Pizza. I have to say I liked it all together but the quality of cheese ( that extra yellow stuff in the picture) and sauce (very artificial looking) was not up to par and that's 2/3 of the main ingredients of a good pizza. The last third which is the dough was actually pretty good, it was chewy, it was cooked to perfection. I will only recommend this place if you are very hungry. Of the maybe 8 places we have tried in town they have the best tasting pizza. I really wish they would offer a Whatsapp phone number, so non Spanish speaking folks like could text orders. Trying to convey my address would be so much easier if I could type it. I'm sure they would get more business if they had a "company" phone,...
