Vips Playa Constituyentes — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

This is like a want to be Denny’s restaurant in the US. There are many food options with different dietary restrictions but the food wasn’t great. Pancakes are served without syrup. They had a special menu option with avocado toast bread with an egg and a salad. I asked for the toast only, no salad and the egg must be well done. They brought with a runny yolk!! I asked to cook it more. We asked 2x for more napkins and yet the waiter would forget. He brought my water right before we left!! In the entire restaurant, there were only 4 tables and several waitresses so not sure what was going on with the waiter. Vengo regularmente a comer a Vips en Playa del Carmen y esta vez estuvo pésimo, por ello mismo el día de hoy decidí agregar un comentario. La atención que tienen es mala, al llegar tardaron aproximadamente 10 min en tomar mi orden, seguido a eso cuando llegó mi platillo no tenía la temperatura adecuada (yo trabajo en AyB) además de que con una presentación mala, pedí unos chilaquiles y solo traía 3 pedazos de cebolla cortada, el plato salpicado sin presentación, además de que se veía como si lo hubieran echo al “aventon” y del café ni hablamos, frío también sin ofrecerme variedad de azúcar ni crema. Pedí una canasta de pan blanco para acompañar y el mesero me contestó que ya se habían terminado que si me podía traer totopos, para comer con mis chilaquiles “Totopos” es una broma verdad?, cuando en otras mesas estaban llevando pan, la atención pésima y tardada, no se si sea por falta de personal o realmente les haga falta una buena organización. Inclusive en otra mesa igual se quejaron de la misma situación con el encargado en turno, porque ni siquiera el gerente estaba. Y bueno para cerrar con broche de oro, iba a pasar al sanitario y en la entrada me comenta una persona que estaba ahí afuera con un bote con agua, que no había agua y que si quería pasar tenía que echarle agua con una cubeta.
