SCAMERS, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!

I visited this place on the 24 of December 2020. The food was good but my review will be not about the food. We asked for the bill and wanted to pay with credit card. When we used the card it said transaction failed, so the waitress tried one more time and transaction failed again. Then we gave a different card and transaction was successful.

The next day I checked my balance on the card and summ for 2 failed transactions was deducted from my account, so I contacted my bank. They told me that the summ is frozen and will be either returned automatically or charged in case the restaurant approves transaction. They added that I need to wait for 12 days. So I waited and when contacted my bank again they confirmed that the summ now was actually charged from my account. This means that I paid the same bill 3 times!!! The bill was for about $60 (US) each, meaning that I overpaid $120.

I contacted the restaurant through whatsapp and told them the situation. They send a voice message says “we will check it, wait a bit”. But then nobody got back to me. This place's food is good but the waitors are over you at all times trying to make you order what they want you to order. We had a very disappointing experience due to this and because we werent given space to eat. We had two waitors at the same time and chit chatting about us right next to us while we ate and touching and arranging everything on the table every minute. The waitors are like teenagers talking and dancing next to you. They give you no space to enjoy the meal which is actually is good. But it was very uncomfortable. The food is fine but the waitors have a very pungent attitude we actually found it quite disrespectful. In the end i explained to them about the service and they just laughed among them like it was joke....

Update after two years: service is good but the food, although it looks good, lacks flavor. Very disappointing. Most likely won't go back as there is so much competition for your patronage elsewhere.
