This is Reuben from ReubenE's Parodies on TikTok and Facebook. My wife and I were here in Cozumel celebrating 20 years of marriage and 27 years of being together. La Inombrable was recommended to us and did not disappoint. First we were seated on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Then Luis our waiter was so friendly and helped us navigate the best of what La Inombrable had to offer. He and his fellow team members treated us like royalty throughout the night. We started with the rib-eye chicharron guacamole and cheese dip with shrimp. The assortment of salsa complemented each appetizer. It was delicious to say the least. We then had the rib-eye barbacoa, tuna carnitas over guacamole, mashed potatoes with garlic and oaxacan cheese, and the mac and cheese with creamy coriander sauce. My wife and I shared each of these dishes for an orchestra of flavors that danced on our tastebuds. Then we saw the carajillo being made at the table next to us and we knew we had to have one. Eric, the manager of the restaurant, took the time and explained what the drink was made with and also made the drink for us right at our table. He then recommended their chocolate molten cake for dessert to complement the drink. While each complemented one another, they would have been amazing on their own as well. We thought this was the perfect send off for an amazing anniversary dinner but once Luis heard it was our anniversary, he and the staff along with the manager delivered a their special carrot cake with a sparkler candle dancing it's flames in the air. My wife and I thanked Eric, Luis and anyone else who worked at the restaurant we saw for making our anniversary dinner the very best it could have been. We will definitely be back. Thanks everyone at La Inombrable!

First ⭐ friendly staff and accommodating, waiter was polite and introduced himself, I like that. He also spoke English also a bonus. Second ⭐ what I ate was nice, they had several truffle specialties on the menu. I had the beef Carpaccio with truffle oil. Very nice 🤤 could of been a bit more garnishing s and cheese. Third ⭐ menu was nice, but I was hunting for a full fish, they only had one fish dish, aside from the ceviche. The waiter said there were 2 I ordered the wine to go with the fish, received my wine but then informed they didn't have the fish. Only Tuna. So I had to drink eat my Entrer and leave to Guido's down the Street. I left a 3⭐ because there's no half, I didn't get what I wanted out of this place after reading the menu outside. There's a roof top get there at 5:30 and get the full sunset. I would go back and try again because of the roof top. Large enough to have tables of 8. The upstairs balcony is small, and plain. 3 tables so reserve if you want the sunset. Thumbs👍 from me.

Get off the plaza and head north for a great dining experience. Delicious food, great cocktails, terrific hospitality in Luis. We had the grilled octopus, the Frida Salad, guacamole w/ chicharones, sweet potato chips, pizza and tuna carnitas for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Plenty to eat, all was super good, well presented and don't forget the breathtaking view on the second floor. The Inombrable cocktail was smokey, alittle spicy and soo good I had to have a couple. The Catrin cocktail is so refreshing. Luis was kind, on top of things and for sure made the experience the best since we've been here on the island. Oh wait, the lava cake is worth the wait, but the flan was a show stopper. I don't generally like flan, and I couldn't get enough. Is butterscotchy and firm. So good and a must order.

Mkay usually I trust y'all's reviews, but this was a fail, folks. Through a series of unfortunate events, I and my digestive system just needed a good steak with a view, alone with my thoughts. They have only two tables with a view to the sea, but it's not a good one. The ferry dock blocks the sunset. And the current sewer upgrade project made it smell SO BAD, so I said it was too hot and asked to move inside. I heard from a local that they are working their way south on this sewer upgrade, so hopefully soon these shops/restaurants on the north end of the touristic area will be free of this problem, and benefit from the upgraded system.

The service was ok. My waiter was actually very nice, and honest about the dishes he liked and didn't like. He said don't get the street corn. So I didn't. He comes from Mexico City and the street corn at this restaurant is absolutely not what it is supposed to taste like. He also did not recommend the margaritas but I got a pomegranate one anyway, and it was very good. But he didn't come back when I had no more liquids to consume.

But then he brings me "chips" in something like a hot pad?? Picture that you put your hand inside a mit to remove something from the oven. It's not washed often. But now there are chips inside that you are meant to retrieve and eat. Old, stale, hard as a rock. Yes I did attempt to eat them anyways. My very nice waiter saw my distress and brought me some fresh ones, which were very good. He admitted those were from yesterday. But also why did I even trust something inside a thick, fabric, unwashed pouch?? So bizarre. I've been traveling the Yukatan for 3 weeks and haven't seen chips served in a vessel like this.

I ordered the ribeye and it was mediocre at best. I choked it down. The veggies were pretty good I guess, especially the zucchini. But basically not the satisfying steak dinner I sought.

Lastly, they had something like MTV playing, with hard rock and hair bands... Loudly... White snake, Metalica, etc. absolutely did not fit the 5pm nice steak restaurant...

Apologies for the oversight. Let me revise the review to highlight the steakhouse's fantastic offerings:

"I had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable 5-star steakhouse on the enchanting island of Cozumel, and it was an absolute delight. Situated with an awe-inspiring ocean view, the ambiance was perfect for a memorable evening.

The menu at this steakhouse was a carnivore's dream come true. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The steaks were expertly cooked to perfection, with each cut offering a burst of flavor that left me speechless. The chef's attention to detail and dedication to quality ingredients were evident in every bite.

Aside from the mouthwatering steaks, the restaurant offered an impressive selection of side dishes and sauces, all thoughtfully crafted to complement the star of the show. Whether it was the creamy mashed potatoes, perfectly roasted vegetables, or the tantalizing house-made steak sauce, every element of the meal enhanced the overall dining experience.

The service was top-notch, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that added to the welcoming atmosphere. The servers were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

To top it all off, the restaurant's wine selection was exceptional, featuring a range of choices that perfectly matched the rich flavors of the steaks. Each sip of wine enhanced the dining experience and added to the overall pleasure of the evening.

In conclusion, if you find yourself on the island of Cozumel and have a hankering for an unforgettable steak dinner with a breathtaking ocean view, this 5-star steakhouse is an absolute must-visit. It promises an extraordinary culinary journey that will leave your taste buds singing with joy....
