We absolutely LOVE this place! I am not exaggerating, this is my favorite restaurant of all time! The service is incredible and everyone is so attentive and friendly. The experience itself is worth it, but the food is absolutely out of this world! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They have the best tarts and pastry’s I’ve ever had in my entire life. We found this place and have been back to eat every single morning since we arrived in beautiful Cozumel. It was so great, clean and professional. I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend of 5 years but wasn’t sure where. We all loved it so much between the amazing food and chic ambience, I popped the question right in the restaurant after one of the best breakfasts of my life. This place will always hold a special place in my heart and I will be back. You are doing yourself a disservice by not eating here trust me! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Very grateful we found this gem!!!!* *P.S.- Very...

First let me recommend some plexiglass - it is readily available at your local hardware store. If you cant find it maybe a clear plastic container to display your baked goods in. Really anything that could protect your goodies from germs.
If you didn’t know COVID-19 is a pandemic and is spread through saliva. By leaving your baked goods (while they look delicious) uncovered it is extremely inviting for the virus. Even more inviting for 2 hungry ladies who wanted to take a closer look at your fabulous array of goodies.
My next recommendation is to use a little more politeness when speaking to customers. Yes your pastries are uncovered and at the edge of the counter. So while both parties are in the wrong (us for being too close, and you for not providing a barrier to keep your food safely distanced and displayed), it wouldn’t hurt to speak kindly to those willing to spend money in your café.
Stay safe, protect your pastries, and speak...

We politely asked for a specific table by the window, which was empty, but the waiter immediately said no. When we asked why, he told us, “That table is only for groups of four or more.”
The thing is, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, and there were plenty of other tables available. It made no sense to deny us a table that was completely free. We asked to speak with the manager to clarify the policy, and that’s when the chef came out. Instead of offering any solution, he was defensive and rude from the start, accusing us of disrespecting his staff — all because we asked for a table!
It felt ridiculous and unnecessary. We left feeling like we weren’t welcome there. I wouldn’t go back to a place that’s more focused on enforcing arbitrary rules than making their guests feel...
