Agustín Gusto — Restaurant in Valladolid

This is the place to be. We come to valladolid often and this is by far one of our favorite places. They have excellent customer service and treat the patrons amazing. We were a party of 5. We shared 2 guacamoles that was delicious. We had a Cesar salad and some soups to taste and aguachile. Andddd we also ordered 2 molcajates andddd a rice and seafood dish. Everything was amazing. The rice dish came a little salty. It was still eaten and I didn’t mind paying for it but they compted it for us. They absolutely didn’t have too because everything was delicious but they have excellent customer service and they made us feel so happy. We left a great tip...

This was my third visit and I don't know if it was a. Off night but this was easily the worst meal I've had in Mexico in years. My pescado Veracruzano was WAY overcooked - dry and very tough, the sauce salty, and the rice old and stale tasting. My partner's rice dish had no flavor and some of the muscles in it were not open so not properly cooked and inedible. Our friend's tacos were horribly salty and of the selection of three only the shrimp was edible. Service was so/so and our waitress disappeared while we were eating so when we wanted the bill we had to ask someone else. Not sure I'll return on my next visit with so many other great...

I had the best steak I have had in 5 weeks here. However my wife ordered the Taco King and soup. They were out of shrimp and didn’t tell her they just substituted something else and the beef was pork. The vegetables in the soup were not cooked. When she said something about it they offered to replace but after she ordered something else, they came back and said they would still charge her because she ate some of the soup and one of the tacos. We cancelled her order, paid the bill (they took off the soup and discounted the taco) and left. I haven’t left a 1 star before but their whole attitude convinced...
