Restaurant Green — Restaurant in Budva

Food was average. The waiter's behavior was very strange and rude. He was talking on the phone over headphones much of the time so it was hard to get his attention, very absent-minded. He had a hard time getting the card to read. I tried to be helpful and pulled up my credit app to see if it had gone through. He seemed incredibly annoyed with me when I told him this and he sort of said, "Okay, okay, have a great day, bye," in a very irritated tone. I thought it was very rude considering I was trying to help him. Sorry to bother you, SIR. Reading the other reviews, it appears that the owner is incredibly defensive and insulting to anyone who has any criticism. Complete lack of professionalism.

Dear owner, To start, you spelled my name wrong, which is ridiculous considering it's right in front of you. Second, you have no clue what it means to have a business. I have seen your many good reviews. No one is saying that people don't have good experiences at your restaurant. Just because generally people like your restaurant doesn't mean every one on planet earth will. Every restaurant in the world regardless of its quality gets bad reviews occasionally. It would be strange if you didn't have a few low ratings. You accuse everyone who say they had a bad experience at your restaurant of lying, which is incredibly idiotic. What purpose would anyone have to lie? We don't even know you. If you don't believe I was there I'd be happy to attach the picture of me eating your quattro formaggi pasta on August 30 :) You said I didn't "contact you" about my concern. I had the most wonderful dining experience at the Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Old Town Budva last night. It truly exceeded all my expectations!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant's cozy and intimate setting made it the perfect place for a family dinner. It felt like a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the historic Old Town.

Now, let's talk about the food. The Mediterranean cuisine served here is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a burst of authentic flavors, transporting me to the Mediterranean coast with every bite. The fresh ingredients and the chef's skillful preparation were evident in every dish we ordered.

I must highlight the seafood options; they were absolutely divine! The grilled octopus was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the seafood risotto was a symphony of flavors. Whether you're a seafood lover or not, you'll find something on the menu that will tantalize your taste buds.

The staff at this family-owned restaurant were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made us feel like part of their family, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was just right.

I cannot recommend this Mediterranean restaurant enough. It's a hidden gem in Budva's Old Town, offering exceptional food, a cozy ambiance, and warm hospitality. If you're in Budva and craving Mediterranean cuisine, do yourself a favor and make a reservation here. You won't be disappointed!

I find the restaurant's comment on my rating as absolute impudence. You could also apologize and possibly learn and adjust the service and quality. We were like many guests really frustrated because everything took forever and the quality simply leaves much to be desired. The service was like a sleeping pill. Ordered things did not come, appetizer came after the main course, which had no taste at all. She brought for example and empty glass salt mill and I was really still relaxed in my rating, which I now adjust to one star, due to the accusations. Guests insult as a consequence to justified criticism. An absolute no go.

Old comment: Bruschetta is just white toast from the supermarket The fish of the day was not available, but the twice as expensive one (48,-/kg) was. the pizza ok: dough was very pale and bland, but the topping ok (without cheese by wish) by mistake sunflower oil was put into olive oil bottles

The waitress is special. Unfortunately unfocused and forgetful, but somehow likeable in her absent-minded way. I found visiting this restaurant unpleasant and I have seen many diners leave disappointed. Unfortunately, I went against my gut feeling and went to Restaurant Green based on the reviews on Google, even though visually it is the least charming restaurant in this area.
