Mon Bistro Cafétéria — Restaurant in Kotor

I entered to take some croissants to go. I smiled and said Hello, but nobody answered. More than that, the old lady got out without saying Hi to me or without asking what I want. After waiting for a few minutes, she came back and asked me what I want.

I asked for some croissants with cheese and bacon, so she ask the boy behind her to add the bacon. He did it. With his hands, without gloves or anything else. While waiting, they were speaking not so nice with the customers.

In the end, when I wanted to pay by card, the old lady automatically added 1 euro tip, saying that the service was not included on the bill. I don't have a problem leaving tips, but I have a problem when it is decided by the waiter and the service is so bad.

This was the only cafe we could find in old town, everywhere else is either a restaurant or bar. The coffee was average, latte basically tasted only like milk and no coffee aroma. Also we asked for extra extra hot coffee but they brought warm coffee instead, also what’s up with the straws inside hot beverages?? The apple pie was not up to par, do not try it because it tasted funky and the apples were raw. The chocolate muffin was also not good and it was dry and didn’t have a nice chocolate flavor. I would suggest the cheesecake muffin, it was delicious and moist. Other than that it was nice to sit on the sidewalk with a fine atmosphere I would suggest you come here for this reason. We've been waiting a very long time at the table for service (only two outdoor tables was occupied ). The lady, while serving us, was collecting dishes from other tables. Then she forgot what we wanted to order. We didn't wait long for the food itself, but the waitress when serving breakfast said openly that she was hoping for a tip. She left a tray at the table and then forgot about our existence. Our friends wanted to order breakfast for themselves, but when they asked waiter if they can order, the waiter started taking our cups with half of the coffee and totally didn't know what was going on.
