Moritz Eis — Restaurant in Kotor

When I wanted to taste the third flavor which was the last one I want to taste, the salesclerk told me that it was the last one. This was kind of ridiculous and rude. I have been traveling for many days and have bought many ice creams from various shops and their shop assistants are very friendly when guests want to have a taste of those flavors. By the way, I have tried this brand in Novi Sad and their salesclerk was very friendly. By contrast, this clerk was not that generous when giving me the taste, which is understandable but her attitude is the worst I have ever met. Dishonesty at this shop, where we asked for a specific cone and they ignored and gave us the smaller regular cone, with the comment "this cone is for the two flavors scoops" where the other female worker laughing while the worker serving us saying that, yet they did not even asked us if we would like the two flavors scoops. When I confronted them since this morning I went to their other branch at Tivat and what they told at this Kotor shop was a lie, they were rude to me. Advice, go to Tivat branch where they are more friendly and kind welcoming wonderful workers.

For 2,80 EUR a ball of ice cream, the expectations are of course quite high. Especially if you live in Berlin and are used to the highest quality ice cream. There are a lot of ice cream makers, who take the best raw materials (very often organic), and make an incredibly good product. Moritz Eis would not be competitive in Berlin. It's just not good enough an the value for money is 1 out of 10. The price is not justified at all. I'm sure it won't last long like this. Yes, they don't depend on regular customers because they constantly have foreign tourists as customers, but not in the digital age. My prediction: at most one more season and...
