We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children. We had dinner for the first time here tonight while we are in Fez (Marocco, in August 2022).

We arrived around 8:30 pm and no table available for us. We waited for 20 minutes.

I couldn't understand how can so many people want to visit the restaurant. For me, nothing is special. It is my honest opinion. Our experience was just ok, not to repeat.

Pros: The location is easy to find in Fez by Google Maps. You can follow your Google Maps. They have great modern decorations. They have friendly and kind workers. The price of food is fair, and the portion is okay. We spent 635 dirham for 8 people. The garlic chicken is tasty. The fresh Moroccan salad is good. The Nacos is okay. Pastilla and Vegetable pastilla are okay. They accept payment in cash. The restaurant is cozy and clean. Wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore. Free wifi accessible inside the restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.

Cons: No toilet. The wifi is slow and somehow was difficult to connect. I didn't like my food Kefta tagine. The sauce was strange. I tasted the kid pizza, the taste was not good. The Jalapeño poppers had too strong taste. The bread of Kefta was not good. The lemonade Rosemary had too much sugar. The restaurant has a very small space. It is...

Le Tarbouche restaurant in the city of Fez offers a dining experience that beautifully blends the rich heritage of traditional Moroccan cuisine with a modern touch in both cooking and service. The traditional dishes are carefully prepared, with great attention to balancing flavors and using high-quality ingredients, giving each dish a unique character full of authenticity and vibrant taste. The excellence is not limited to the food quality but extends to the restaurant’s atmosphere, which reflects the spirit of Morocco through its colors and decorations, making guests feel comfortable and warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The service is professional and courteous, with staff attentive to guests’ needs, adding a friendly and personal touch to the visit. Although the restaurant is not very large, its well-organized space and attention to detail make it an ideal place for family gatherings or meetings with friends. The prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of the experience offered, making Le Tarbouche a must-visit destination for anyone wanting to explore authentic Moroccan flavors in a contemporary setting that perfectly combines tradition and modernity. Visiting this restaurant is an opportunity to enjoy a complete meal that tells the story of Moroccan culture and invites you to return...

Came here with my husband in the beginning of March during our holiday. The resturant was resrrved inside for a big party so we sat outside. We ordered a pizza and nachos. The pizza was nothing special, it was watery and we had to add salt and peppar. The nachos were made there, but were very greasy and the salsa guacamole tasted artificial. The service was not nice at all. When the big party arrived, they decided to shut the doors because the party were scared of cats coming inside. This resulted in that we could not call the waiter to pay, as he was only serving the big party. When I got up to go inside to pay, a woman from the party asked me why I wanted to go inside, literally standing by the shut door asking me what I wanted, it's extremely rude and unprofessional of the staff to let that happen in the first place. Once I was let in, I paid and walked out. Would...

I decided to try Le Tarbouche in Fez because I had heard their chicken pastilla was good. To start, I ordered nachos as an entrée. The portion was large, but there wasn’t enough sauce to go with the chips, which left them plain. For the main, I had to take the chicken pastilla away since it wasn’t ready before I had to leave. When I got home and opened it, I was disappointed to find that the bottom was burnt :( While the portion was generous and the filling had a nice flavor, the burnt layer really spoiled the experience :((. I had to peel it off just to enjoy what was left On the positive side, the service was good, and the restaurant itself had a cozy feel. It was a bit warm inside, so sitting outside might be the more comfortable option (if you'r Lucky enough to find one of the 2 outside tables available)
