Firstly they gave us complementary gazpacho Then we got the mains: A Very good cheeseburger, I haven’t ate such a good burger in a long time. The tacos were also great For dessert we ordered chocolate mousse plus they gave us a second one on the house. We had a great waiter, Ayoub. To summarize great food, kind staff, quick service and nice food. Prices higher than usual in Morocco but worth the price. I recommend this place a lot.

 – Enfin, le service est Ă  revoir : manque d’attention, lenteur, peu d’explications sur les plats. Bref, un lieu prometteur par son cadre, mais qui doit vraiment amĂ©liorer sa cuisine, ses prix et son service pour ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur.

What a great experience at the Sama Rooftop! The staff were all amazing, especially our server, Zakaria! We had cocktails and a few snacks in the air-conditioned room next to the patio which were all delicious! I would highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this place. First of all it’s located on the roof of a Riad. On the outside there is a single sign that only shows the name, no explanation or description of how to find the entrance. Only by coincidence a girl told us we had to ring on the Riad‘s door.

Once inside there was a friendly guy who showed us the elevator to the roof. We we‘re greeted by a semi motivated waiter who later told us there was only ONE main course option today. Since we only went there for a drink and dessert we asked him about the dessert menu, which - no surprise to us - today only consisted of ONE option. „Moroccan pastries“ - 3x2 biscuits, tasted like they were bought from a Souk. All in all we paid 170.5 DH (~16.50€) for two .25 Cokes, those biscuits AND a SERVICE FEE, ridiculous.

The view was nice and of course we knew that this wasn’t going to be a cheap one but all together...

The best restaurant in Fes we could find. The views from the rooftop are amazing, not only the medina, but the valley around Fes as well. The atmosphere is also great and staff is very friendly. Last but not least the food.. oh the food. The burgers are everything a burger needs to be. I would definitely recommend to try the kefta burger. The ravioli is home made, so if you're in a pasta mood definitely give them a try. However if you're in a mood for some beef don't fret, try the skewers. Now if you need something to drink with all the good food you have ordered, try the cocktails.

The make it short. This restaurant is fusion made right. Definitely give them a try.. and then a second one, and why not a third. Just as we did😂

We were looking for a restaurant in Fes where we could enjoy a glass of wine. Google searched and found Sama Roof top. The pictures were true to form. The views are breathtaking, the food delicious, the staff helpful and friendly. Food was a little slow to come out but think it’s only been open a week so don’t mind that at all plus the staff were so friendly and apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this place without doubt. But do bring coats if it’s not warm as you are on the rooftop!! It really did make our visit to Fes special. Plus was only about £40 per person including drinks. Thanks...
