Cafe du Livre — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I used to find this place very chill and enjoyable to go to with a group of friends. It seems that the quality of the place has diminished recently. Last time I was there, an old ( very drunk ) guy sitting in a table next to me and my friends kept harassing us with drunk talk, misplaced comments and very intrusive looks. As US expats, we were so excited to find this place! It’s a bit tough to find casual bars in Marrakech (at least in our experience) and this place is quirky, casual, has great bar snacks and cold beer. They typically have a football game on and of course it’s amazing to browse the books they have for sale and games they have to play.
