Worse place in Morocco we had been to! We never leave reviews but thought it would be good to warn people before visiting.

We had to wait over an hour for an omelette! We kept asking how long it would be as we had booked a spa (which was needed after this experience). Every time the waiter replied 5 minutes which was a lie. After over an of waiting we decided to leave and was hounded by the staff that the food was now ready and that we had to pay full price. We stated that it was outrageously late and that we were not going to pay for the food (but was happy to pay for the drinks that we actually had).

After this they threatened us that we had to pay for the food and took no responsibility or accountability for some of the worse service I had experienced in my life. The owner was exceptionally arrogant and rude.

I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant, as our original booking at a different restaurant did not go through.

It was the last night of Ramadan, so we understood that there may be some delays. However when we entered the restaurant there was no one there to greet us. We spoke to a few other customers and they said that they had been waiting for over half an hour. we ended up waiting around 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to come and bring us menus. Overall, the service during the night was poor .

The food itself was good. It wasn’t blow your socks off good, but it was good with no complaints both the lemon chicken tagine and the chicken couscous along with the Moroccan salad were tasty and reasonably priced. However, chicken tagine did not have any sauce. It was just a couple of...

Up 3 flights of very steep stairs, just like they used to be in old terrace houses. Very slow, haphazard service but they are running up 3 flights with arms of heavy tangine's. Food was OK, i ordered spaghetti with pesto which was a little bland, I needed to add lots of salt and pepper. My partner wanted Salmon dish but there was none so he ordered the vegetable spaghetti in a tomato sauce which was equally bland. He hardly ever adds salt but he did with this dish. I also ordered a salad side dish which never appeared until I asked about it. When it arrived it was hot! Something else lost in translation. The staff struggled to understand English so it...

We went there today 02.05.24 around 1.30pm and we ordered Tajine prunes and vegetarian tagine. Our ordered came at 2.35pm. Tajine was tasy but with very less sauce/oil and the portion was very small not enough for one person. They dint even serve us enough bread. Later on in the end the waiter added by himself his service fee of 20 dirhams. We were shocked and amazed by this brazen attitude of the waiter. Plus the tajine costed 80 dirhams which is much costlier than other places ( normally 60 dirham ). Overall not good expereince. Try to avoid it tourists!
