What a fantastic stay! The wonderful people, the fantastic place, it was all over and above expectations. Every person here took care of our every need. A guy met us at the taxi drop off, loaded our luggage into a cart and lead us to the Riad. Same thing on departure day. I would suggest having them schedule a private driver, as it gets a bit crazy out at the main gate with all the taxies and haggling that’s going on. Again, they will schedule it, collect payment, and it’s all taken care of. Once inside you will experience fantastic architecture, from the court yard to the rooms. The place is impeccably clean with soft background music playing. We wanted a hammam and massage, they scheduled it at a top notch place. We wanted suggestions for places to eat, again all top-notch recommendations that matched the quality of this place. This is one of those places that would get more than 5 starts if I could do that. I have stayed at many hotels all over the world, but this Riad tops it all!! I've never stayed at a place that feels like home! Everything has been perfect, from the communication before arrival to the transfer from the airport to the Riad, to the lovely rooms with the best bed. When you arrive at the Riad, that's located right in the amazing souks, and close to all the most important sightseeing spots, you are greeted by Monica, who owns the place with her husband. Monica makes you feel like you've known her for years! She serves you amazing mint tea while she gives you tips to the amazing city of Marrakech. This place will make you go back to Marrakech!
