Day pass in this beautiful property. Let me start by saying that service is really top-notch! Big thank you to Abdelmajid and the team- as they make you feel really well taken care of! The property is beautiful - I only would suggest that prior to sending the guest to the pool, they would offer to show it around. Rather me explore by myself at the end. The pool- very nice. The sunbeds are comfy, plenty of space - all in all, nice experience. Did I expect smth a little more taking into account that it is the most expensive pool access in Marrakesh- i guess yes- I did. I was told and recommended to come here for a beautiful lunch but I was deeply disappointed. From the moment we walked into the restaurant the hostess was so unenthusiastic. She gave a side eye and rolled her eyes because we were not staying at the hotel or had reservations. We asked if we could sit at the bar and she shrugged her shoulders and said “sure”. We sat down and it took 15mins before I had to get up and ask someone to take our drink order. The environment is beautiful and the gardens are stunning.
