bad... skip this place. skewers were small, dry but somewhat tasty. fries were nice as was the bread, dip and olives. pasta tomatosauce tasted bad, pasta with dry pieces of some sort of meat with some tomatoketchup or at its best some passata without any other ingredients, all but frehly homemade. cousous was the worst we've had out of 5 times couscous. it can be so very tasty and soothing. this was just couscous, with some basic veggies and 1 drumstick. tasteless, inspirationless and loveless. hamburger was very dry, dry bun, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of some sort of tasteless processed cold cheese (not melted) and dry burger.
only positive thing, and worth the 2nd star was that the waiter did want to hear our honest feedback. so we did give it to him. he said we were the first to give him this feedback, that surprised me. he offered to replace the pasta and offer a drink from the house, we declined both. friendly but we were done. we did not have to pay for the bottle of water.
maybe they had a real bad day or something, I don't know. I do not give many reviews, only if I really think it's the best you can get, or in this case the opposite. If places are oke, or good or worth to try out for yourself, I don't take the time or effort. hopefully they change things in a...

Also, this is a great spot for families with picky esters because they also offer pizza, burgers, and fries.
Simple food, solid prices. And for the people complaining about it being a tourist trap, I would say that most of the formal restaurants in the Medina are for tourists so if you had a bad experience,...
Read moreThis is located in the back, away from the main road, so we decided to give them some business, since the main roads surely get lots of customers all the time. It was good intentions but unfortunately disappointing.
The food was good, but very small portions and paaaainfully sloooowwwww and unwelcoming service. The guy at the front who brings people in is nice (of course, that’s his job!). But once you are in the restaurant and seated, the servers make it obvious they don’t care and draaaaaag their feet to do the most basic things.
We ordered a moroccan salad and a mixed skewer (which is 2 tiny skewers and a sausage (?!?)). That very basic order took them AN HOUR! And then we had to chase down the server to bring our bill. No one is interested in spending half a day in a back-corner restaurant for mediocre food. Go...
