Nepal Mountain Trekkers — Attraction in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I contacted Ramesh about my trekking trip to Nepal very short before I planned to start. So I am even more happy it took place. My guide Pralad greeted me right after landing at the airport. In the evening we briefly discussed the equipment needed for the trek – I was good prepared 😊. He also kindly accompanied me in Thamel to do some errands for the trek like changing money etc.. Next morning we started on time with my tour "Everest three Passes Trek". Pralad was a very conscientious, polite guide who took care of any concerns that arose. Since I work a lot with customer feedback myself in my job, I have a correspondingly high level of service orientation. So as a customer I am very vigilant when it´s about understanding and fulfilling customer wishes. At this point Pralad showed, he takes feedback seriously (it is always a prerequisite the guest does express it!) and he tried always to make sure I have a good time. So, for example we found our own individual commitment, how we want to master the ascents together as the altitude increases, so that I still feel being in good hands and not stressed at all. Because there were only two of us, we were able to keep the daily schedule pretty flexibly. Because of giving up the third pass towards the end, Pralad made an adjustment of the route with me and planned a stop in the wonderful Pheriche for me. I really loved my stay there! Pralad knows the Everest area well and he can find great alternatives if needed. This year my friend and I took part in a special journey to Everest Base Camp. Thanks to Nepal Mountain Trekkers we were able to learn and grow through the difficult, peaceful, and happy times with the help of a team who truly cared about their clients. My friend and I are both 18-year-old girls who have never been on a trek before so it was important that we felt safe and secure to enjoy this adventure and make it to base camp. Our family has just completed a 9 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp with Nepal Mountain Trekkers. The trek was seamlessly organized by the owner Ramesh who is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and kind person. As well as organizing the trek according to our wishes, they organized airport pickups, tours in Kathmandu to sights of our interest, internal flights and hotels. They made it so easy for us. Before our trek, we were introduced to our guide Pralad and our porters Nikis and Sagar. Despite our 12 year old son getting sick the day we left Pokhara, all the team were so good looking after him and helping him. Our trek was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for better guides and porters. They went at our pace and were fun to be with whilst advising us as needed.
