Staying with Milan, Nirmal and the rest of the family was such a lovely experience. They all are very helpful and caring. They would solve any issue I had automatically. Whether it was a PCR test or transportation, they have it all figured out. They also run a travel agency nearby, so they can organise pretty much any trip for you. Their knowledge about Kathmandu and Nepal is very vast and they're eager to help you choose something exciting to do.||||The food they serve is delicious. Especially the breakfast. Mornings became my favourite part of day.||||The rooms and the building overall are very clean and comfortable. Hot water and wifi are available. The location couldn't be better.||||The family atmosphere makes it such a special place! I made good friends with people around there. I've heard about 70-80% of guests are returning and I can perfectly understand why. Only problem was TV doesn't work owner kept saying she is waiting for repair man lol, phone in my room were dead, toilet sit were broken, there is no water on flush, so have to fill water from bucket to flush the toilet. One afternoon i oredered tea but owner said they are busy ive to wait? So socked of their carelessness. There were several time when get back to hotel from day trip had to wait outside because nobody attending in reception to open the door so had to wait outside annoying. Food was good but there is no manu? That mean they will charge you what they want no choices perhaps that's the trick? I am not complaining but you're running a business you need to get things sorted. Carelessness is not the excuse after all your business is your reputation. Guest paid money expecting what come along is not the way you treat them. Be extra nice be kind with your words....

I booked six nights but left after only three because it was unbearable. Every morning from around 4 AM, very loud bells ring for a long time — impossible to sleep.
I had booked a double room but was given a single. There was no hot water, no breakfast, and no Wi-Fi, even though all are clearly advertised.
At night, the main door is locked, and you have to ring the bell and wait several minutes for someone to open. In the morning it’s the same — you have to wake up an old lady just to get out.
When I spoke to the manager, he clearly didn’t care and said it was my problem. Later, he even lied to Agoda support, claiming he offered me another room and breakfast, which is completely false. I confronted him and he apologized.
Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. Dishonest management and zero respect for guests. Totally not...
