Khorlo Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

It was my first time to Khorlo. Everything was going OK until we noticed cockroaches in our meal. We visit in a really large hotel, however the food was good until we found cockroach in our vegetable dish. I have no idea how their kitchen is decorated. We were all feeling disgusted. I'm not sure the name of the dish was, but it was some sort of vegetable on which we found a boiled cockroach. I have no idea how people ought to respond. We requested them to provide our bill, but they charged us for everything . I dont know how other people will react after finding cockroach in their food but we were expecting a discount so I advised them to receive a discount. The price of the veggie where there was a cockroach was simply cut of Rs 250 i guess. Just be in our place and what would you do about it ,? And of the male staff working there responded like smile on the face and like kahile kahi huncha...

Two times i eat well, the third time it was a nightmare.. i ordered Lemon Chicken and i got a chilli chicken, i said that i didn't order this and the waitress promised me to bring chilli chicken.. but also this time it wasn't, it was a washed up chilli chicken with some lemon on top.. i said that i can't eat this. because i was really hungry i ordered buff with potatoes which was alright.. but i had to pay for the fake chilli chicken what i did but i was very disappointed.. the place is nice, the service is ok.. but the cook is a fool.. he really thought he got away with the cheating.. I'm Italian and grew up in a Restaurant.. that's all.. i paid everything but i don't go there...

Dry pot pork Rs 580 was entirely made of foot portion of pork.. It was well cooked and the skin were good but not much meat.. we should have ordered pork ribs.. Spicy chicken Rs 490 was very disappointing for me too much oil fried making even meats crispy to chew and lots of dired chilies. Momo only 8 😖 why only 8 for Rs240 they should have written only 8 pieces.. Its crime to not give 10 momos 😂 they were delicious chopped minced meat fillings so even more frustrated at getting only 8. Pork momo 2 pieces was also delicious. Ambience is great.. Staff service ok only not so professional and customer centric.. Overall if you order the right dishes you will have...
