*Note: long review ahead. I'd visited Kunga a couple of times in the past, the service was pretty good at that time, so was the food. However, my recent visit there with my family wasn't the greatest. The food is good, I'll give credit where credit is due. The griddled spicy tofu, dry buff with garlic, they were pretty good actually. (It's just that dishes like chicken with dry chillies had very less quantity of meat, but the taste is good though.) That being said, in my opinion no matter how good the food is, if you can not guarantee a decent customer service, none of it matters. Not the good food, neither the pretty ambience. A few of the servers there are honestly the worst people I've met. The attitude they gave us when we had a few queries around the food was just downright unpleasant. I kid you not, one of the servers there (a guy) actually had the audacity to roll his eyes at me TWICE when I asked him questions around the dishes. It's funny when I think about it now but damn, where do people get such kind of attitude at a place like this, that too cuz I wanted to know more about a dish? Haven't quite understood where'd that annoyance emerge from. :)
Anyways, might not be going back to dine in, but will only be going for takeaways of certain dishes there from now on. Kunga: A genuine feedback from an honest customer, please do something about your customer service and please take some intentional time to train your staff. You guys have a lot...

Read moreLiteral worst experience ever . If there was an option to give 0 stars , i would . We had to deadass wait for an hour & half for our food . my whole family got so annoyed that we almost left the place but they kept saying that ‘it’ll be out soon’ . When asking the staff why our food were taking so long they said “ we cant do anything about the speed, you would have to talk to the owner and only then he can get the kitchen to speed up because the owner would not listen to us “ …. Obviously shows there isn’t proper communication between staffs and owner? We were just tryna have a good family time but went home upset . I dont ever write reviews at all but this was so bad i had to give some awareness to the rest of the public who might wanna try this place , coz dont even. At the end, we even talked to the owner about our experience but he said our feelings were not valid and that customers were apparently “ not understanding” the restaurant’s pov but an hr & half is obv not acceptable . We just wish they could have said something beforehand...
