Coffee & Juices — Restaurant in Amsterdam

It's a bit of a chain - I think there's 3 of them now. I like the two leathery couches. I like the location and the regulars, who arrive with their pets, their toddlers, their laptops - it's quite entertaining. Coffee and food quality is so-so / ok. Critique wise - could you please up your croissant game a tad? (1) They are often non-existent, and (2) They are a bit deflated (or was that a fluke, a couple days ago?). How about some more vegan-y, protein-y options too? * EDIT: You have got to get your damn front door under control. It's slamming shut every single time someone opens it. Dear Baristas - do you not notice that? Today it went on forever - I had to leave the cafe. People's nerves are bing frayed every time this happens, which is every 30 seconds. I have been coming to this coffee place every other day since the last 3 years, i couldn't spend my day without coming to sit here for a few hours and just enjoying the good choice of music list and excellent coffee but recently this place has become a total disaster. Too many servers who seem to be lost and unable to handle the crowd. They forgetting coffee orders, dark Or rather burnt croissants are being served everyday. The acai bowl has become a bare minimum bowl with a few tiny pieces of fruit, quarter of what we were used to last couple of years but a higher price now.
