Indian Dinner Restaurant — Restaurant in Amsterdam

STAY AWAY.........Never have I ever experienced anythin like this. They seemed lovely at first, we sat down, ordered our food, I ordered a vegetable dish, waited a very long time for the meals, then when they came there was cheese in my dish. I kindly spoke to the waiter about me ordering vegetable only not cheese as I can not have cheese, then he proceeds to tell me it's my fault, cheese is a vegetable & if I didn't want that "vegetable" then I should of told him. He will get me a fresh meal but I would have to pay for both meals. I refused, as cheese is not a vegetable which I was trying to explain to him. I also explained it wasn't on the menu saying it was in the meal. At this point he got very aggressive towards me, he preceded to threaten my friends & I, locked us in the restaurant saying we have to pay for the meals we never ate, pretended to call the police, other customers ended up leaving, we never raised our voices once & he was yelling so much, all in all worse place I've ever been, stay away, if you have any sort of complaint they become very...

Absolutely diabolical service. I have never been spoken to with an attitude like that before. Arguing with customers after waiting 40 minuets for a simple order. Aggressive and ignorant and lack of product knowledge, cheese is not a vegetable and should be listed a listed ingredient in the description of the dish. Demanded that we pay for the dish as it was our mistake and couldn’t offer a solution. False accusations made towards us and wouldn’t allow us to pay for what we had consumed and leave in peace! Threatening behaviour towards 4 ladies is despicable in any country and pretending to call the police and locked the door! Do not risk it. Other customers left as a result of the poor treatment. Could of been resolved if the waiter wasn’t a disrespectful immature...

Worst experience in ordering food. Ordered food at 18:15 in evening, after 1 hour got a call that delivery boy is late and food will be delivered in next 10 minutes. Half hour later got another call that the food is stolen and they need another 1 hour to deliver the food. After asking them to deliver the food and again waiting for more than an hour, I called them and the person on call says the order is cancelled. The guy call himself a manager and the way of talking is ridiculous. Would suggest everyone to think...
