Highly recommend this coffeeshop. Plenty of room with two levels, lower level is a bit more intimate and super gezellig. This coffeeshop seems to draw a nice type of customer.

Staff are upbeat/knowledgeable while avoiding being overly intense about this. I can vouch for their tasty coffee and juices, and the milkshakes looked veeery good also but didn't get to try.

Most importantly, the coffeeshop has a great menu. Amsterdam Genetics seem to be getting big and you can see why. I tried a few different bits (including 24k Kush and Himalayan Gold) and these were clean, high in strength, and full of flavour. I was definitely quite affected by the end of my visit, and may have even gotten lost for a bit afterwards.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem, offering a delightful atmosphere and reasonable prices. The staff couldn't have been friendlier; they happily accommodated our group by letting us rearrange the tables. Throughout our visit, they took care of us with impeccable service, always wearing a smile and checking on us regularly. The berryqiri was out of this world! Not only does it look fantastic, but the taste is even more remarkable. The girls working there also gave us some fantastic advice on where to buy good smoke that's not aimed at tourists, and they even allowed us to bring it back to enjoy at their place. Disappointing Service Experience I had an unpleasant experience at this branch. A staff member with curly black hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She appeared angry and didn’t know how to communicate politely with customers. I even witnessed her shouting at another table, which made the environment very uncomfortable. It felt like she assumed we came for free service, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere in this branch was unfriendly, unlike other branches where the staff are much more welcoming and professional.
