My recent visit to Jewel of The Caribbean was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire evening.

Was really dissapointed by my experience here. We had to wait 1h before ordering our food despite the restaurant not being to full. After ordering it took another 1h 20min for us to get our food. When the food arrived we were really underwhelmed by it. Soggy fries and one person got cold chicken in their grill mix.

The server did explain that we might have to wait for awhile but that does not justify waiting one hour just to order the food. It should also be mentioned that we were not informed about maybe 70% of the items on the menu not being available. Forcing us to having to change our mind after one hour of waiting.

The food is worth 1 star but I’m putting a 2 since I think they are new and maybe there is room to improve.. Ordered delivery and was so excited to try the food but sadly, everything was a weird combo and inedible. Between the starter wings and the main dish mixed grill plate with ribs, chicken, and sate, they all had the same overly sweet and salty sauce. The meat was dry and tasted old, the pasta that came with it was a spaghetti bolognese which was strange..? Also sweet potato fries that came from the freezer.. No rice option. Mac n cheese was completely overcooked and dried out, potato salad was strangely acidic. We took a few bites and could not continue.. I hope they improve but this was just...
