We didn’t know eastern African cuisine, but what we got at Kilimanjaro was very delicious. You get to eat with your hands (spoon is there though) and you grab the food with sourdough pancakes. The spices they use make the dishes very tasty and you can tell the ingredients are very fresh. The people working there were chopping fresh veggies all the while and the whole atmosphere is very cozy and warm. I will for sure come...
