I had an excellent dinner at Clos Amsterdam, composed mostly of small dishes (appetizers) plus a dessert. The beautifully presented dishes each used a thoughtful, original, appealing-looking, delightfully-tasting combination of textures, flavours and textures, to excellent effect.
