I ordered a dish of fried rice with a roasted chicken quarter on top. The rice was really, really good. Loaded with veggies and had a light consistency and a wonderful flavor. It tasted very fresh. The chicken was baked almost to the point of fall of the bone. Flavor was that of baked chicken, though good baked chicken. The side of homemade hot sauce was awesome and I used every last bit of it.
