Typical selfish behavior from poor management. Treat delivery drivers like trash and tools and not like partners.

Many times I've received a delivery request from delivery being 10 minutes away from the restaurant. This means the restaurant got it before me which means by the time I get there the pizza(s) should be waiting for me. Instead, this amazing restaurant waits until you arrive to start cooking the order so they can get away with a fresh delivery while we drivers (who aren't paid for time or distance) have to suck it up and wait for the cooking time plus the travel time between where I was and then to where customer is. This even happens when there's absolutely no one at the restaurant so it's clearly on purpose and happens 100% of the time.

Take care of your drivers if you want them to take care of you and your customers. Until then I will drive around with food until it's cold so I can deliver it cold. This way we all lose. Wouldn't you rather we all win instead? If you have no respect for us then there is no reason we should have respect for you or your customers.

Put a little heart and brain into your business and not just your thought on money and your interests, but...

This place supports robbing people and have employed criminals, overstaffed for absolute terrible service!!!!!!!!!! The pizza could be appealing for a brief moment, but the integrity of the workers is absolute TRASH! The WORST kind you can find in Amsterdam and the WORST type of people in ANY restaurant business!!!!!!!!!!!! I went there a month and two weeks ago. The staff was unpleasant, and at the time, I thought it was strange that two employees were needed to use one small point of sale machine to charge a single card. Since then, my credit card has been periodically charged with unauthorized transactions from this same place. I needed to inconveniently get a block and replace my card (and pay extra to do so). I do not recommend it, but if you want to get potentially robbed then go ahead!!!! Just beware! There are much better places around for good quality pizza and honest workers with no FRAUDULENT...

Pizza was good, however the service was very poor (notable the headwaiter/manager). There was a trainee (who was sweet) who promised us that we can have drinks at the bar while we were waiting for seats (This was when we enquired) but whenever she would confirm with who looked like a head waiter/manager would tell us first we cant be sitting outside. We said we will have drinks only at the bar. But after some time, she comes annoyed saying we cannot serve you any drinks and we need to wait for the table. The attitude was very poor and rude and almost felt racist to us, like looking down on us. We could not afford to go to any other place because we were tired and already late for dinner. After a while when we were seated at the table, she would make an appearance back with the most superficial antiques. The trainee however was pleasant. The attitude by the other lady spoiled...
