The restaurant staff cancelled the order, allegedly because the delivery distance was too far. However, we were never informed. They took our money, we waited for over an hour, the delivery status didn’t change, it kept saying the courier was nearby — and now it says “successfully delivered.” That’s a complete lie! I never received my order, and no refund was issued. I can’t reach anyone for help, the basic chat with their bot assistant is useless and keeps repeating the same phrase like it’s bugged. Acceptable pizza. If you don’t mind waiting two hours for it. I tried to call them to ask if my food was coming and they picked the phone up and hung it straight up again. Twice. Gave up in the end and made my own food cos I had to get to bed.
