While vacationing in Amsterdam (visiting from California), we discovered Porto Aperta through positive online reviews. Our hotel was nearby so we decided to dine here. We ordered their lasagna and seafood risotto. Both were excellent - so much so that we discussed dining here again to try their pizzas (other patrons had ordered pizza which looked delicious). From the moment we walked in, Hani made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. Greeted with the friendliest service as soon as I stepped in the door! Their food here is amazing and we were thoroughly surprised to find good Italian food in the heart of Amsterdam. The sauce on the salmon tagliatelle was so creamy and the truffle flavor on the truffle ravioli was good. Their pizza was amazing with the chilli oil provided if you’d like a kick to your food too.
