first of all i have no problem with the drink i recieved its ok and everything, but what im mainly writing about is the person who served me followed me home, so it was 6:20 about 30 minutes before they close i got my usual drink but the person serving me kept giving me weird looks and winking at me, which is very disrespectful to me as a man with a wife and 2 children, so once that happened i got my drink finished and everything was good it was around 6:30 because it was a bit busy... i finished im walking home and i realise about mid way through the walk, about at gustavmaherlaan that the man who was giving me weird looks was behind me but was speed walking ( i realised when i saw his reflection on windows on my left) so i started speeding up and that turned into running, but unfortunatly he caught up and just attacked me and started licking my neck and sort of humping my behind, all this happened in the middle of an ally in between an apartment and a i think a hair salon, but when he did that i tried hitting him which didnt work he just slammed my head onto the ground multiple times, at that point i was trying to reach into my pocket for defence which was a pocket knife i carry for cases like these. Thankfully i was able to reach into my front pocket and slit his arm and make a run for the nearest police station, currently theres an investigation going on since that incident, since there is camera footage from nearby security cameras. When I placed my order quickly, the cashier (white girl,black glasses and brown hair in ponytail) said with an attitude: âWe first say hello.â Okay AND we first speak Dutch as we are in the Netherlands but didnât hear you speak it???(workers should know this language besides English.) Also, I think you FORGOT that iâm the CUSTOMER here and NOT YOU so I donât understand who you think you are in this situation.
Her tone stayed unpleasant during the whole order, ending with a sarcastic âHave a good dayâ written on my cup. Poor customer service, donât understand why that girl is still working there and not fired yet.Why is Starbucks is allowing this type of behaviour towards customers and why are rude, racist people allowed to work there? Are this the values that Starbucks strives for?
If you want to get disrespected as a customer then you definitely should visiting this branch...

We bought two cheesecakes to enjoy at home. When I took the first bite, I couldnât quite figure out what was wrong, but by the second bite I realized it smelled and tasted like freezer burn. It had absorbed the odor of every item in the freezer, or maybe it had been left uncovered in the fridge for days. The strawberry jelly topping had such a terrible smell itâs hard to even describe. Absolutely unacceptable! The texture and taste were awful, and it upset my stomach immediately. I would never expect this kind of quality from a place like Starbucks. Whether it was spoiled, expired, or just staleit should never have been sold to a customer!!!!
