Ox & Bucks — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Unfortunately this was a big disappointment. We booked a table for a business breakfast expecting a decent meal at least. However we were treated as acquaintances by the waiter not as guests. They didn't have any attention to allergie restrictions and when requested to get the eggs without the hollandaise sauce, they brought it with the sauce anyway. We had to ask to change it, but the waiter refused doing so and claimed that the eggs are without the sauce. It took my friend a chance trying it to convince the waiter that the sauce is in fact is in the egg. Only then we got it changed!! Such an experience, l would not dare to set up a business meeting here ever again as it might cause some...

I’d give zero stars if I could. Easily the worst restaurant in Zuidas. I sat there for a solid 15 minutes and no waiter cared to give me a menu. It was not even busy since there are plenty of empty tables. I signaled this blonde guy who is dressed differently than the waiters (could be a manager or worse, owner), he nodded and then proceeded to walk away to go on and assist other tables. Experience during lunch: The service is chaotic at best. After waiting to catch a waiter’s attention for nearly 10mins (and with previous experience of how chaotic and slow it can be), I grabbed us the menus myself from the bar. The food us normally okayish but today the chicken thai soup was pretty bad: watery broth and the mushrooms and sprouts totally uncooked while the few chicken bits were skin and leftovers from the kippendij they normally serve with the ceasar salad.
