I was really looking forward to trying Salsa Shop, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff member who took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start.
When she opened the lid for the tortillas, she noticed there was only one corn tortilla available but didn’t bother to ask if we preferred corn or flour. When I asked if I could get corn tortillas, she responded in a dismissive manner, stating there was only one available. I then asked if they could make more or if there were any in the back, and instead of responding politely, she made a face and walked away.
When she returned, she started cooking the tortillas but had a visibly annoyed and disturbed expression the entire time. As she prepared my husband's order, I noticed one of the tortillas completely fell apart, yet she still proceeded to place it in the box. Half of the tortilla had crumbled, meaning we were only getting half a taco. When I kindly asked if she could replace it, she let out an exasperated sigh and made another unpleasant expression.
At that point, my husband decided he didn’t want anything. I noticed her attitude wasn’t improving, so I told her we were fine without the order and would just leave. I even asked if something was wrong, as it genuinely seemed like she didn’t want to help us. She responded with a sharp and unfriendly, “I’m fine, it’s fine.”
What made this experience even more frustrating was that it was only 2:45 PM—nowhere near closing time. I would understand if they were about to close and things were winding down, but that wasn’t the case. There was no reason for the rude attitude or lack of effort in preparing our food properly.

Read moreHave eaten here numerous times before. Eating in is always great, especially with those really nice spicy sauces, but ordering delivery is apparently a disaster. It was, at least, yesterday the 29th of september.
When the food came, the majority of the ingredients, including those paid extra for and those that made up the main part of the meal were missing and the meat was bone-dry. Not the end of the world, but we were starving and hypoglycemic after an entire day of physical labor. Yesterday’s employees had our number, they could have called to inform us they were out of ingredients so we could have ordered elsewhere. They chose to scam instead.
Luckily, when I went to the actual store today to complain, they were understanding and prepared me a new bowl with the right ingredients this time, which I gave to my boyfriend and he loved it. 5 stars for the food and for the employees that worked there today.

We are served by a girl who arrives with an already annoying attitude as we have interrupted her closing work. She had two pink hair tails! She serves us by throwing products into our tacos and fajita without even asking us what we want and quickly hurrying up. Cold and disgusting food. I hardly ever go out to eat because I work a lot and for once I dine out, I would at least like to eat well and that day I hadn't even had lunch. Other than expensive. Other customers arrive, served by another girl and I notice the difference in service.
