I hadn't left a review for this place because I had forgotten, but if you're looking for the best ramen place in all of Amsterdam, this is your place. All the ramens they have are delicious, authentic Japanese, they have that flavor I was looking for and freshness in each flavor. I've been to almost all the ramens in Amsterdam and this is the best of all, the flavor of the soup is incredible, the staff is very friendly and it doesn't take long to wait for your food, I think a maximum of 10 minutes is very fast service. I also want to add that the people who work here are from Japan, very friendly and you can hear them speak Japanese all the time, the atmosphere is very nice. Everything was just so perfect. Very comfortable and nostalgic space as if I was transported to Japan for a moment… The Japanese fried chicken was like “Oh my god!” Super delicious! Definitely will try again this“Oroshi karasge”.

Also, I was very impressed to be able to drink Japanese Kirin draft beer for the first time in The Netherlands. The sake and wine were also good, and my favorite, “Spicy mazesoba” ramen was super delicious as always♡
