Solid speciality coffee shops, but those come by the dozens in Amsterdam these days. Because this place is a chain, they would struggle to match a place like Yusu or Toki.

Walked in and the barista/cashier looked visibly tired and disinterested, I had to wait for her to finish yawning at me before I could get my order in. But alas, could also be just a bad day but it doesn’t reflect very well towards customers.

The coffee machine is automated, so not a real barista coffee and I can make the same coffee at home with their beans. Machine seemed to be broken when I was there and Americano was very watery, I saw some other angry customers that walked away unsatisfied with their coffee. The barista was also very confused with the orders and kept checking who ordered what drink, but still very friendly even with everything that was going on.
