I have mixed feelings about this establishment. The Location and interior is really nice and they had some beers which were pretty nice an out of the ordinary. Unfortunatly we had some snacks with the beer which were just terrible. We had pretzels (two) with dip and they were just vile and a big ripoff because the pretzels were the store bought frozen kind, which can be bought in packs of 8 to 9 for about one Euro. They were burnt and served cold, which lacks all the appeal a fresh pretzel should have. Conisdering the price we paid, this was just awful at 6 €. The dip was maybe the strangest dip I ever got. A bright white cheese dip with little to no flavor. We also had the Bimi's which were kinda plain, some very lightly salted fries and also a large snack platter (Brouwers Garnituur) with Kaassouffles, Bitterballen and Shrimpcroquettes. The first two mentioned were maybe the worst fried, frozen food I have ever had. Very tasteless. The Shrimpcroquettes were decent. The waitress unfortunatly didn't point out that we were orderiing way to much food. There was an option for a small snack platter but the waitress kept her thoughts, if made, to herself. I do see that we are to blame for ordering too much food as well but we as customers couldn't anticipate the huge amount of food which we ordered. Unfortunatly a lot of food was wasted without any sense. I would go there for the atmosphere and the fancy beers but the snacks just ruined the...

We went for some beers and a nice chat with an old friend.

I have been to Delft before to others' breweries, which were ok, so I didn't have a high expectation.

The location is close by toothed city centre in Delft, therefore it is a nice walk when taking public transport.

The place has 3 levels. The upper level has the big fermentation containers on one side, which is very nice to see.

There are also plenty of sitting places outside in case of nice weather.

We sat inside at the lowest level. The atmosphere was very good.

The beer menu is very simple and nice. With clear explanation and wide variety of beers to try.

I liked specially the blonde, especially the blonde, because of its taste and aroma, but all the ones we tried we really liked them.

The food menu is very simple, but with choices for vegan and meat eaters.

The service was very good and extremely fast, compared to many other places in the Netherlands.

This was my first time, but it was definitely not the last one. I strongly recommend this place to hang out with friends.

Tip: only for men, go upstairs, have a pis, and enjoy...

Went there with a larger group and I would say it is a nice place for socializing over a drink! We went there without a reservation, but they managed to place as at a table in less then 15 min! They have plenty of beer options, but some other drinks as well if you are not a beer drinker (I went for the wine). They also have bites and food options, including a few vegetarian ones. I went for the vegetarian salad which was not the best choice I would say, but the others got some other food options such as the burger, which I understand was really good! The staff was friendly and took the time to explain to us some unclarities about the food and drinks. The atmosphere is also cozy, and the fact that it is underground makes it really...
