Jimmy Green meets NADD — Restaurant in Eindhoven

The owner called me and explained the situation below is my review before the call. The owner explained the situation and made feel secure it won't happen again in future. Hopefully is true.

Their behavior and commitment are unbelievably bad. They never ever deliver on time. I ordered many times from them for my work team. Food never arrived on time. Like never!!!

Today, I called them to complain about it and asked why they did not inform them that they could not deliver the time spam mentioned.

The only thing they had to say is sorry. No explanation of the delay, no taking responsibility for the mistake, nothing.

I asked then again why I was not informed about the delay again, and they said food will be delivered in 5 minutes.

When I challenged that fully then they actually called the driver and said 7 minutes. So even then, they did not want to do the least possible and confirm a correct delivery time.

Never ever trust this shop or these people with delivery time if you have something important.

Terrible delivery service and un acceptable behavior of owning...

Food was okay - Tomato soup is nice, peanut bowl is okay. Service was absolutely horrible. I ordered via UberEats at 11h06 (the delivery is made exclusively by the restaurant so this has nothing to do with Uber's service). It stated that the delivery would be done between 11h35 and 11h55, the latest. At 12h00 I called the restaurant once and nothing; so I asked for help from Uber. At 12h35 the restaurant told Uber Eats support that "it was already out for delivery and would be at my place in 15 minutes maximum". I ended up waiting for a total of 2h06 when the delivery lady appeared at my door at 13h12. Not even an apology from her side/the restaurant. Food was alright so I could actually think of going back if I got a justification or an apology, and I could even understand if they told me it was a busy day. This is not how you fold a burrito! The burrito isn't grilled. Which is surprising. I grilled it myself in a pan. Much better! That crunch! The chicken inside was chicken thigh. Chicken breast is much better and for the price of a burrito they could have used it. Cubed and grilled chicken breast is how I like it. Not "fetus" shaped. The chicken wasn't seasoned right and not grilled. The seasoning felt watered down and the chicken was slippery. The wrap itself also seemed store bought and not made in house. The lettuce inside was pale and not so fresh and green as I like. The amount of rice was a bit too much. I bought a chicken burrito not a rice one! But rice is cheap and adds a lot of weight. My overall experience is that I feel I could make a better burrito in their store...
