De Karseboom — Restaurant in Eindhoven

The food was good in my oppinion.

For starting we had 2 bread plates. The one with the herbal butter was amazing and I would recommend to anyone going there. The other one was nice but I wouldnt order it if I would go back.

I ate the bavette steak with chimichuri saus. The meat was amazing 10/10 would recommend. The saus was not really a chimicuri saus, there were some big herbs on top. Didnt taste bad but, I was disappointed that there wasnt really a sausm. The verdejo wine was relativly sour for the wine sort and I would take the sauvigon or pinot gris if i would return.

I tried the first vegetarian restaurant in the Netherlands. Since there were meat dishes and fish dishes, I ordered the stew of lamb, it was amazingly delicious. There were plenty of kinds of attached vegetables, and there are more than five kinds of tasty cooked mint-type refreshing flavors and fragrant salads, beans, carrots, broccoli and so on. Although I could enjoy enough only with this dish, asked for french fries in addition, this was also delicious. The interior of the room was very tasteful and cozy. The price was reasonable and satisfied. I want to go there...

I arrived more than 30minutes before the reservation time, it was raining outside and I was hosted by a lovely lady, Merel, she let me in, seated me at my table, got me my hot drink, provided wifi password so I can do some work on my laptop while I wait for the rest of the ladies. We then change the reservation from 5 to 6 when one extra person showed up unannounced and this was again no problem at all with them. Both SERVICE and the FOOD (to die for!!!) are a five star for me! Thanks for making my usual Thursday so...
