It's NOT Japanese ramen noodle at all !! Noodle used is thin like vermicelli. Ramen noodle is not chewy but soggy texture, its disgusting. Soup broth is tasteless and bland. Topping only 3 thin stripes of teriyaki chicken and some origin maki, bamboo shots snd seaweed. There are no ramen peppers, Japanese chillie peppers nor sesame as sides on the table. We also ordered sides gyoza, sadly it is filled with mayonnaise and chicken!! Stop lying to people and please serve a a real Japanese ramen please if you want to own a ramen restaurant. I visited to the light art festival GLOW Eindhoven on the last day in 2024. So, I planned our dinner before the active. There are lots of choices in Eindhoven and the Japanese food is the final selection cause we could enjoy the nice festival near the restaurant. Fortunately, we didn’t have a long wait for a long line. There are some vegetarian foods like vegan ramen, gyoza and others side foods for me. We ordered crunchy shrimp sushi roll, vegan tofu ramen, EBI tempura shoyu ramen, and takoyaki. I enjoyed the scrumptious dinner with my family. By the way, there are macho Samurai portraits which is definitely Japanese style on the walls, so it’s certainly a SAMURAI...

Also my experience has been very positive here. I came to eat here today with my mom, we tried numerous side dishes, they were all good and tasty. Athmosphere is nice, and tables are well separated between each other. The waitress was kind and fast. A very good place. Furthermore as an additional point, I accidentally forgot my wallet on the table, and the waitress litterally ran to bring it to me outside of the restaurant (despite me being already far away) when she realized it, so kudos to her.
