Fancy yourself some cosy atmosphere and lovely food on a cold Dutch wintery night then come on down to Dokjard!

The highlights were actually the starters, especially at the steak tartare. Beautiful and fresh and the wasabi balanced the flavour perfectly.

Mains were not quite as outstanding as I was expecting, the flavour of the ribs were nice but nothing you would crave to come back for. Well cooked and falling off the bone. The friets were solid but over salted.

The fish was great, as well as the steak. Definitely recommend those two.

Got the 5 courses with wine pairing, the foods were really delicious and you could really taste the different flavors they tried to portrait! Every dish had a bold signature taste to it and this made it a nice experience . The meat dish was delicious and tender, really well cooked and the sauces complimented the dish really well. The only downside was that it took so long between each for them to bring out the new one even though the restaurant wasnt that busy and due to portions we had to wait sometimes 20min for the next dish to come. We had the pleasure of enjoying a 4-course meal here, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The place has an elegant ambiance. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. They have great vegetarian options, though I could suggest a bit of improvement for the main vegetarian dish. The dessert was a decadent treat that was both creative and satisfying.
