Alright, sushi lovers, listen up! This place is an absolute gem. The sushi, Spot on. The meats? Tender enough to make you do a happy dance. My favourite was the beef seriously, it stole the show. And get this: you get unlimited 8 rounds of whatever you fancy. Yes, unlimited. So go wild, no judgment here. Desserts come in five bite sized portions, so you can snack like a pro without turning into a food coma. I went for the brownie, tiramisu, crème brûlée, and black sesame & yogurt ice cream, but the sweet baked banana? That’s the one stealing my heart (and stomach). The staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, sharp, and pro level pros who keep your table cleaner than my white shirts and serve up the goods right on time. They definitely earned a cash tip and hey, I’m not just saying that because I’m nice or rich because im only one of those. Sure, it gets busy, but that’s just proof this place is popping off. Oh! TLDR: Waitress spilled hot miso-soup onto me. Management did not apologize or offer any sort of compensation.

Ordered Miso Soup Ended up wearing it. Waitress apologized, ran away. Waiters kept bringing in food as if nothing happened. Management didn't know. Manager comes by, cleans up mess, I told him what happened, he didn't do anything about it. Cleaned myself up in the bathroom. I had to go to the manager to say I no longer wanted to eat at the restaurant and will not be paying. Replies "Okay, go."

I understand situations like this happen. But the attitude was absolutely poor. My hand was burning, I was soaked, and no one did anything to see if I was okay.

I'm really glad my GF took more initiative than the restaurant to see if I was okay. She got ice. The waitress who was serving ditched.

In all, I wanted to take my GF out for a nice graduation dinner, but instead left with an experience. The food is delicious, hence two stars, but damn... the customer service is not at a level you would expect when paying at a...
